A team built around a single conviction — that independent healthcare practices deserve the same caliber of operational and marketing support that hospital systems hire by the floor. Meet the people who do the work.
Ronak Vyas has been a broker and investor in commercial real estate for the last fifteen years. A born entrepreneur, he's started several businesses across multiple industries before turning his focus to healthcare.
Private practices lead to greater clinical outcomes and higher patient satisfaction while also decreasing the long wait times patients face with certain specialists. There has been no greater business satisfaction than being able to provide a platform for independent practices to start and grow.
Ronak enjoys spending time with his wife, twin daughters, and his goldendoodle. He's also an avid traveler and reader.
Raymond Morrison III is a healthcare operations and business development executive with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations improve performance, strengthen operations, and achieve sustainable growth. He has worked across physician practices, durable medical equipment, home health, healthcare staffing, revenue cycle management, compliance, payer relations, and operational leadership.
As Director of Services, Raymond leads the Guidance System™ initiative — helping healthcare organizations improve operations, staffing, credentialing, compliance, billing, marketing, technology, and patient experience.
Raymond believes many healthcare organizations spend too much time managing operational challenges and not enough time focusing on patients and strategic growth. Through MedCoShare's Guidance System™, he enjoys helping leaders uncover opportunities, solve problems, and build stronger organizations through practical solutions and trusted partnerships.
Outside of work, Raymond enjoys playing ice hockey, spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring new places, and staying active. He values opportunities to connect with people and appreciates the balance between competition and community.
